yeah!!burton was the first whith sims…right now k2 coming from skies company and libtech is da big of quiksilver….burton is his owner of no other companies…long life for burton snowboards!!

    sorry to say this …
sorry to say this to burton fans and the creator of this vid but burton is not leading the way and other companies arent taking notes from burton, is the total opposite. Libtech and k2 brought to snowboarding reverse camber in 2007-8; burton copied this and claimed it was their inovation. also union is leading the way for bindings and they have been operating for 5 years only, on my last note everyone can agree burton boots are terrible

*Graft, excuse me. I cant get arbor off my mind.

  5. harrymac16 Says:

    im not saying they …
im not saying they aren’t, im just saying that they are no more corporate than those other brands. and how can you tell me that a board I own and love is not an amazing board. And Ive ridden the Scaremaster, artifact, stairmaster, indoor survival, and draft…I liked the del ray best of all.

  6. harrymac16 Says:

    again, I do like …
again, I do like rome and capita boards (ive never ridden a step child or signal), but rome and capita are wayyy more mainstream and corporate than arbor. And I own an arbor del ray, and Ive ridden both rome and capita boards, hands down arbor boards were better. The only other company Id buy a board from would be Gnu or Lib tech. But try out the draft or del ray or for pow an a-frame, all outstanding boards.

  7. MacoCoffee Says:

    Actually arbor is …
Actually arbor is very corperate also and there boards arnt amazing … if u want a really non corporate company go for a Signal, Capita, Rome, Step Child these are all great companies and they make amazing boards

    Sounds like …
Sounds like propaghanda,, snowboard factory job is sweatshop job. Low pay, no benefits (100+ day of riding=bullshit) Just lame – they will tell you at meeting like how much boards they need all the time and its like who cares,, they just say that to get more boards out of you and they pretend they are going out of business all the time,, (which they prob are 1/2 time)

    good luck with that shit..

  9. harrymac16 Says:

    ALthough Burton …
ALthough Burton does make a stable, good product, Its a corporation that appeals to the masses. Ask anybody who doesn’t snowboard and they think burton is the only company. Support some of the smaller companies like arbor. Their boards are so much nicer, made with bamboo and different woos, and the quality is outstanding. Burton isn’t the answer.

lol ya i agree but …
lol ya i agree but we only have physics for one year and then another science for another year then we need to make the choice between one of them!!! and i am doing really good in biology and i think i will take it as one of my subject in high school

  12. hotdog2025 Says:

    Don’t be …
Don’t be discouraged by that. First, everyone can do physics to some degree, and this isn’t anything super fancy. Second, I don’t make boards but I am an scientist-engineer and I imagine the most technologically-advanced aspect of development might involve computer simulations of materials strength, aerodynamics, fluid dynamics, surface chemistry, polymer science, etc. Bust your in class and you can do it, but remember: with anything fun, when it’s a job, it tends to become less enjoyable.

  20. jockofthebush Says:

    yea but they still …
yea but they still are privately designed. i love burton boards, but i just prefer the softer flex of a forum board. thats all.

  21. canipokeu Says:

    people think forum …
people think forum sold out, but really, burton doesn’t give a about what forums dishes out. they still make their boards the way they want too, i dunno about how they split the profits though. they should make it simple and give it all to me :D
